This guide shows you how to edit the text content of an existing message within your chat simulations. Being able to correct mistakes or refine wording after sending a message is crucial for writing a compelling texting story.
Navigate to the chat conversation where the message you wish to edit is located.
Tap and hold on the specific message bubble that you want to modify.
From the context menu that appears, select the Edit message icon (pencil).
The message text will now appear in the Message input field, ready for editing. The keyboard will automatically open.
Modify the text as needed. You can delete, add, or rewrite any portion of the message.
Once you are satisfied with the changes, tap the Send button to update the message in the chat.
If you wish to delete the message instead of editing it, select the Delete option from the message actions menu.
