How to edit a character name and settings
Learn how to customize a character for use in your stories.

Open the story you wish to edit.

Make sure you're on the Messages tab.

Long press the character you want to edit in the character list.

A panel to create a new character will open.

Enter the desired name for the new character in the Name field.

Build the Avatar you wish to use for this character, or upload a custom image.

Optionally, adjust the Bubble color by tapping the color swatch. You can further customize the colors with the **Color wheel **button to the right.

You can also select a Ringtone for the character.
