This guide explains how to rename an existing story in TextingStory. Renaming your stories helps you keep your content organized and easily identifiable, especially when you have several drafts or completed projects.
Navigate to the main My stories screen.
Locate the story you wish to rename (e.g., Demo 3) and tap the three-dot menu icon (...) on the right side of the story's tile.
From the context menu that appears, select Rename.

A Rename story dialog box will appear, displaying the current name in a text field.
Tap into the text field and use the on-screen keyboard to delete the current name and enter the new desired name.
Tap the OK button to confirm the change, or tap Cancel to dismiss the dialog without making changes.

If you are attempting to duplicate a story instead of renaming it, select the Duplicate option from the three-dot menu. A new story will be created with the same messages and settings, ready for you to assign a new name in the subsequent dialog.
This article guided you on how to rename any story in your TextingStory library via the three-dot menu on the main screen. Correctly naming your stories ensures you can quickly locate and manage your conversation drafts and finished projects. Note that stories are ordered alphabetically.
