The Keep corrections setting controls whether previous spelling mistakes or hesitations made by a character are retained in the final message sequence or automatically removed for a cleaner look. You can toggle this setting within the Video tab of the export configuration menu.
To access the setting, you first need to navigate to the export options and select the Video tab. This tab contains all settings related to the final exported video's appearance and behavior, including appearance controls, speed, and correction handling.

Once in the Video tab, locate the Keep corrections button among the feature icons. Tapping this will open a small modal window showing the two available options for managing corrections:

This setting directly impacts the visual fidelity of the typing process captured in your final video. If you want the video to look like a raw, unedited sequence of a person typing (including mistakes and revisions), ensure Keep corrections is set to On. If you prefer a polished, flawless transcript where only the final, perfect messages appear, set it to Off.
For creating a highly realistic simulation of a conversation, leave this setting on On. If you are creating content for tutorials or demonstrations where clarity of the final message is paramount, switching it to Off is recommended.
The Keep corrections setting, found under the Video export tab, allows you to decide whether intermediate typing artifacts—such as misspellings and the corrected text—are included in the exported video. Setting it to On captures a more authentic typing behavior, while setting it to Off provides a clean final transcript.
